Respect yourself and others with your words and actions. That's it! As long as we, as a classroom community, can focus on respecting each other and those around us, all of the other school wide behavior expectations will follow.
Our classroom operates on a ticket system that coordinates with our school-wide PBIS goals. Each child starts the week with 3 tickets. They must have at least 1 ticket left at the end of the week in order to participate in Free Friday. Losing more than 2 Free Friday celebrations will result in the loss of the quarterly PBIS Good Behavior Party.
School-wide Expectations
At North Ward Elementary our three school rules are Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe. Students can earn Tiger Cards and Golden Paws for good behavior! Not following expectations will result in an office referral via TeacherEase. You will receive an email notification if your child receives an office referral.
